JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! I’m hiring a part time social media marketing virtual assistant to help us manage client social media accounts, i.e. social media campaigns, graphic design work, video editing, reels, carousels and editorial calendars. Must be extremely efficient, attentive to details, and a great project manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
Social Media Marketing experience – priority Meta platforms
Familiarity with the project management tool Trello
Experience with Google Suite
Proficient in Canva, Capcut (and optional Descript would be a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Manage Client Social Media Accounts - Creating posts, scheduling content, weekly content meetings with supervisor. Managing storage of content and client email to follow up on content collection.
Must be great at video editing and be creative
Must understand how marketing works and be willing to watch several of our classes to better understand our methodology.
Organize content, make processes more streamlined and efficient if needed.
20 + hours per week with the ability to move into full time in the future.

Pay weekly
