Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming Salesforce and will be responsible for building and optimizing workflows and desktops for each department within our insurance agency. Additionally, they will integrate Salesforce with task management tools like Asana to further enhance our efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development: Customize and develop Salesforce applications to meet the specific needs of our departments.
Workflow Optimization: Design and implement workflows that streamline our business processes and improve efficiency.
Desktop Configuration: Set up and configure desktops tailored to the unique requirements of each department.
Integration: Connect Salesforce with task management tools like Asana to ensure seamless workflow and task tracking.
Testing & Maintenance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce applications, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Proficiency in Salesforce programming languages and tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL.
Experience in designing and implementing complex workflows and business processes.
Ability to customize Salesforce dashboards and desktops to meet departmental needs.
Experience integrating Salesforce with task management tools like Asana.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Availability to work part-time with a flexible schedule.
