Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies.

2. Manage and mentor the sales team.

3. Analyze sales data and market trends.

4. Ensure effective use of CRM software.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred.

2. Strong communication and leadership skills.

3. Proficiency in CRM software.

4. 2-3 years of experience in sales management.


Position Details:

Remote, part-time role.

$300 monthly, 6 days a week, 4 hours per day.
