About Us
We are a growing digital marketing and business solutions company leveraging GoHighLevel (GHL) to automate processes, streamline operations, and provide SaaS solutions to clients. We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help set up and manage SaaS accounts for both clients and internal businesses.
Job Responsibilities
SaaS Setup & Management: Configure and manage GoHighLevel SaaS accounts.
Workflow Automation: Build and optimize automation workflows, triggers, and campaigns.
CRM Customization: Set up pipelines, forms, dashboards, and integrations based on business needs.
Integrations: Connect GoHighLevel with Stripe, Zapier, Twilio, and APIs.
Client Support & Troubleshooting: Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and issue resolution.
White-Label Branding: Customize dashboards and branding for SaaS clients.
Training & Documentation: Create user guides and tutorials for clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience with GoHighLevel SaaS setup (Not just agency accounts, but SaaS-level implementation)
Knowledge of automation, CRM workflows, and integrations
Experience with Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, and API connections
Understanding of
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience setting up white-label SaaS platforms
Familiarity with membership portals, payment systems, and client onboarding processes
Basic digital marketing knowledge
