About Us
We are a growing self-storage company with 10+ properties and expanding. We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance local search rankings. If you have expertise in SEO, local SEO, backlinks, content marketing, and Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities
? Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve search rankings
? Optimize website content for relevant keywords and local search
? Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
? Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority
? Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) for all locations
? Create and publish SEO-optimized blogs related to self-storage and moving tips
? Improve on-page SEO (meta tags, alt texts, schema markup)
? Enhance off-page SEO (link building, guest blogging, directory submissions)
? Manage and optimize social media for SEO benefits
? Track and report SEO performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console)

Requirements
???? At least 2+ years of SEO experience (preferably in local SEO)
???? Strong knowledge of Google Business Profile (GBP) and Google Analytics
???? Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
???? Proven experience in backlink building and outreach
???? Ability to write and optimize SEO-friendly blog content
???? Knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, schema, indexing)
???? Familiarity with social media SEO strategies
???? Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
Paid search (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)
? Experience in the self-storage industry
? Basic knowledge of WordPress or website management
