Part-Time Property Accountant - Property Management

We are looking for a Part Time Property Accountant who is well versed in Property Management Accrual Accounting. This position would be overseeing 5 multi-family properties accounting. Would need to adhere to strict reporting deadlines and timelines.

Other tasks include: Bank Reconciliations, Accrual Accounting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable

Must be detail oriented, able to stay on task, communicate with clients. Proficiency with AppFolio and Excel required.

This is a part-time position that could eventually turn into Full- Time as we grow.
