(Unicorn) Role Overview
A media company specializing in real estate services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Specialist to implement and optimize workflow systems. This role involves integrating transaction coordination processes into SISU, creating detailed task lists, and implementing existing operational procedures into the platform. If you have experience with real estate platforms, particularly SISU, and excel at creating efficient operational workflows, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
* Integrate transaction coordination processes into the SISU platform.
* Create detailed task lists in SISU for transaction coordinators.
* Implement existing 30-page operational manual into the SISU platform.
* Set up and optimize workflows between SISU and AppFiles for transaction coordination.
* Test and troubleshoot implemented systems to ensure functionality.
* Train teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on new processes and systems as needed.

Qualifications:
* Experience with real estate platforms, particularly SISU.
* Knowledge of transaction coordination processes in real estate.
* Strong understanding of workflow development and system implementation.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Problem-solving abilities with technical systems and operational processes.

* Real Estate Platform: SISU (must-have)
* Document Management: AppFiles (nice-to-have)
