About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support our executive recruitment team in sourcing and engaging potential clients and candidates. You will be responsible for running campaigns, setting appointments, and leveraging automation tools to optimize outreach.

Responsibilities
Manage and execute lead generation campaigns using Dripify, SalesSQL, RecruitCRM, and Instantly.
Identify, research, and qualify potential leads within the executive recruitment space.
Set up and optimize outreach sequences for targeted engagement.
Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective clients and candidates.
Track campaign performance and report key insights.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.

Requirements
Experience with Dripify, SalesSQL, RecruitCRM, and Instantly (must-have).
Proven background in lead generation, sales outreach, or appointment setting.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies.
Experience in the executive recruitment industry is a plus.
