Part-Time ISA – Cold Caller / Prospecting Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our team. This role focuses on prospecting and outreach activities using the GoHighLevel platform and other tools to identify and engage potential seller prospects.

Responsibilities:
Conduct daily prospecting activities to identify potential seller leads in designated areas.
Use mass-texting campaigns to increase engagement and maximize outreach efforts
Operate 3-6 different tools daily to support prospecting and lead management tasks.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update the CRM system.
Follow up with leads promptly to nurture relationships and convert them into opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to refine scripts, strategies, and messaging for optimal results.

Qualifications:
Experience with GoHighLevel platform is a must.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain focus during a 4-hour daily shift.
Previous experience in prospecting for real estate agents is a must; calls made to the New York market are preferred.

Hours: 4 hours per day (Part-Time)
