Part-Time HR Manager

RAN-ZO SWORDS is dedicated to crafting high-quality, handcrafted swords and collectibles inspired by anime, video games, and historical designs.We are seeking a highly qualified Part-Time HR Manager from the Philippines to join our team.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

4. Handle payroll, benefits, and employee records.



Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of HR experience.

2. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.



Position Details:

Remote, part-time role.

Salary: $300 monthly, 6 days a week, 4 hours per day.
