Part-Time Graphic Designer (Mid-Level to Senior)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in designing banners, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media graphics, while also having the skills to edit and enhance product photography. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a minimal and bold design style and values clear instructions and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design visually compelling banners for website and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging and conversion-focused email templates in Figma and Klaviyo.
- Collaborate on landing page designs to enhance user experience and drive results.
- Produce on-brand social media graphics for various platforms.
- Edit and enhance product photography for use across digital and print materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Communicate effectively with the team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing minimal and bold design styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
- Strong product photo editing skills.
- Experience creating assets for email campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.

**Compensation:**

- Starting at **$12 CAD per hour**, with the opportunity for a higher rate based on performance.
