???? Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and creative ClickUp Expert who is also skilled in Prompt Engineering and Automations. This role requires someone who can build ClickUp systems, templates, and automations from scratch and understands the science behind great prompts and workflow design.
This is a part-time position with strong potential to become full-time and permanent. You’ll be helping two growing companies build the foundation for a scalable, efficient operations system.
???? Responsibilities
Build and manage ClickUp templates, spaces, dashboards, and folders
Create ClickUp automations (and connect external tools like Zapier or Upgrade to see actual info)
Develop and organize our internal SOPs and Knowledge Base
Design and test effective ChatGPT/AI prompts to improve workflows
Collaborate with leadership to improve systems and processes
Maintain data integrity and handle confidential information with full trust
? Qualifications
Proven ClickUp experience (please provide examples or portfolio if available)
Strong skills in Prompt Engineering (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Familiarity with Zapier, Upgrade to see actual info, or other automation tools
Very organized, self-motivated, and proactive
Excellent written and verbal English
High integrity – we must be able to trust you with sensitive data
A fast learner who enjoys learning new software, systems, and AI tools
???? Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have)
Experience building training guides, SOPs, or dashboards
CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
Basic API or coding knowledge (self-taught is okay)
