Part-Time Airbnb Assistant (Expert in Airbnb, Hostaway & BestyAI)

Baytna Vacation Home Rentals is seeking an experienced Airbnb Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. While we have a strong operational team, we need an expert to optimize our Airbnb listings, enhance pricing strategies, handle guest claims, and improve our apartment ratings.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, Hostaway (our channel manager), and BestyAI. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue.

???? Key Responsibilities

? Optimize Airbnb & Upgrade to see actual info Listings – Improve descriptions, photos, pricing, and rankings to boost visibility.
? Guest Reviews & Reputation Management – Handle review disputes, remove unfair reviews, and maintain high ratings.
? Claims & Damage Reports – File and manage claims efficiently for guest damages or cancellations.
? Hostaway & BestyAI Expertise – Utilize Hostaway for channel management and leverage BestyAI for guest automation.
? General Assistance – Support in daily operational tasks to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize occupancy.
