Part-Time Accountant / Financial Analyst (Potential Full-Time for Tax Professionals)

We are an USA accounting company that specializes in U.S. tax return preparation, bookkeeping for international clients, and financial analysis. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant / Financial Analyst to join our team.

Opportunity for Full-Time Position:
If you have experience in U.S. tax return preparation or, even better, hold an Enrolled Agent (EA) credential, we have a full-time role available for you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping for various international clients
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, primarily using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare financial reports and analysis (Excel proficiency is a must!)
- Work with Amazon sellers (experience in e-commerce bookkeeping is a big plus!)
- Support tax return preparation as needed, Manage multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Who We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter – Able to work independently and unsupervised
- Detail-oriented – Accuracy is key!
- Great time management – Able to handle multiple tasks at once
- Experienced in QuickBooks Online – Most of our clients use it
- Advanced Excel skills – You will be preparing financial reports
- Bonus: Experience with Amazon bookkeeping
