Job Title: Part-Time AI Video Editor

Job Description: We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will take scripts provided by our content team, use ElevenLabs to generate voiceovers, then utilize HeyGen to create AI avatars and produce dynamic video content. You’ll be responsible for editing the footage to keep viewers engaged with frequent cuts or transitions, adding relevant B-roll, thematic music, and any other creative elements to bring our content to life.

Responsibilities:
Voiceover Creation: Use ElevenLabs to generate high-quality audio voiceovers from our scripts.
AI Avatar Generation: Utilize HeyGen to create engaging AI avatars that visually present the scripted content.
Video Editing:
Assemble raw footage and audio into polished final products.
Ensure every 3 seconds there’s a shift in visuals or some form of motion to keep viewers engaged.
Incorporate B-roll, titles, transitions, and thematic music to enhance storytelling.
Brand Consistency: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure visual style, tone, and design align with our brand guidelines.
Quality Control: Review edits for accuracy, consistency, and quality before final delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficient in Video Editing Tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Familiarity with AI Tools like ElevenLabs (for voice) and HeyGen (for AI avatars).
Editing Expertise: Strong sense of pacing and rhythm, especially in creating engaging cuts every few seconds.
Audio Skills: Knowledge of basic audio mixing, adding background music, and balancing levels.
Creative Eye: Ability to enhance storytelling through visuals, graphics, and sound design.
Time Management: Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
This is a part-time, remote position (approximately 10-20 hours per week).
Hourly or project-based pay is available, commensurate with experience and portfolio.
