Paralegal for preparing U.S. legal (healthcare &HIPAA) documents

We are looking for help to prepare draft complaints in healthcare related issues.
Looking for a candidate with experience in preparing U.S. legal documents and also with paralegal or law degree.
Position is full time, paid hourly.
Juris Doctor degree or legal education is a must, please do not apply otherwise.
