We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Virtual Assistant (VA) with a strong background in Personal Injury Law to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of U.S. legal procedures, case management, and be able to provide essential assistance in a variety of legal tasks. Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and provide insightful analysis to support case strategies.
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their legal needs, provide advice, and develop case strategies.
Drafting Documents: Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends to provide informed advice and representation.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
