KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Dive into medical records to uncover violations of the standard of care.
* Cross-reference records against state and federal nursing regulations to identify compliance issues.
* Develop compelling case themes and strategies from detailed medical reviews.
* Prepare persuasive affidavits, case reports, and summaries to support legal actions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) for clear and precise communication.
* Excellent writing skills
* Access to a reliable computer, VPN, and stable internet connection.
* Availability for one weekly meeting to discuss case progress.
* 100% focus—this position requires your full attention (no other jobs or academic commitments).
* Legal background
* Nursing experience preferred but not required

POSITION DETAILS:
Full-time (40 hours per week).
Flexible hours—work when it’s convenient for you, no need to match U.S. time zones!
