Paralegal

In this role, you will support a litigation law firm team, assisting them with various tasks including client intake, legal research, case discovery, legal writing, client liaison, court filings, and legal document preparation. You will join a successful law firm in the US and be assigned cases to work on, in one of the following areas depending on your experience: First Party practice, Probate, and personal injury law. You'll be working 50 hours/week during American business hours.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

« Fluent in advanced American English, written and oral
« Bachelor's degree in Law or/and a Juris Doctor degree
« Experience working as a paralegal to a law firm for 2+ years
« Knowledge in Florida law is a plus
« Experience in legal research, case discovery, and legal writing
« Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
« Experience using legal software like Clio, LexisNexis, MyCase
« Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner

Additional Requirements
« Must be able to work night shifts (US business hours) 40 hours/week
« Must have a laptop/PC, a smartphone, and a good Internet connection
