Job Description:

As a Paid Ads and Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms for both our company and our clients. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our advertising efforts are effectively driving leads and conversions. Your success will directly contribute to our clients' growth, and you will be rewarded with a competitive base salary and a commission of 5% and up for every lead closed via your ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
Conduct thorough audience and keyword research to inform ad strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and copy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and tailor ad strategies accordingly.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or Media Buyer, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ad strategies.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
Knowledge of SEO and general digital marketing principles is a plus.
