IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
1+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, demonstrating the ability to develop, execute, and optimize strategies that drive measurable results across various platforms.
A strong understanding of Meta’s Ads Manager, including its unique advertising tools and features, enabling you to create effective ad campaigns that leverage the platform's capabilities to reach targeted audiences.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, with the ability to interpret metrics and performance indicators to make data-driven decisions, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI.
Experience with a variety of bidding strategies, ad formats, and audience targeting options, allowing you to tailor campaigns that maximize reach and engagement while adhering to budget constraints.
Exceptional skills in writing compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams to produce engaging visuals tailored to each platform.
Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery of all campaign elements across diverse social platforms.
Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques, and experience using tools such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Instapage, and GoHighLevel to enhance campaign performance and streamline processes.
