What are we looking for?
One of our clients are seeking a Paid Marketing Specialist to assist with the management of our paid search and paid social channels. This is a remote, work from home role. The ideal candidate for this role will be very strong in either Google Ads or a paid social channel such as
The role involves:
Managing ad campaigns, including campaign set up, monitoring key metrics, updating budgets and optimisation
Reporting regularly on campaign performance and providing updates to key stakeholders
Testing new strategies, campaigns, creatives and reporting on results
Assisting with other digital marketing duties as required
Analysing performance data from ad channels, Google Analytics and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities to optimise performance
Developing upper funnel campaigns to develop brand awareness and support lower funnel campaign activity
The successful applicant will have these relevant skills:
Must Have
Experience managing either paid search or paid social campaigns
Minimum two years' experience
Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Keen attention to detail
Motivation to continually optimise performance of ad channels in line with KPI’s
Highly Regarded:
Experience with top of funnel advertising campaigns to drive awareness and attract new users
Experience using landing page builders such as LeadPages or Unbounce
E-com advertising experience
