The Role
We offer a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on PPC and paid social. This role demands expertise in paid advertising strategies across various platforms, with SEO skills as an advantage. You will report directly to the Senior Digital Specialist and work closely with our creative and development teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan, implement, and manage multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they align with clients’ objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximise ROI on paid campaigns.
• Review analytics to identify opportunities and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies (e.g., A/B testing).
• Create compelling ad copy and work with design teams to develop engaging creatives for paid campaigns.
• Manage and build strategies for email marketing campaigns, including automation and autoresponder sequences.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the Senior Digital Specialist and other stakeholders.
•.Collaborate with internal teams to align paid strategies with content marketing, SEO, and CRO.
• Manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring optimal spending and ROI.
• Educate clients on paid marketing strategies and performance results.
• Bonus: Manage basic SEO tasks, including on-page optimisation and backlink strategies.

Key Skills and Experience
• 2+ years’ experience in paid marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in creating performance reports with actionable insights.
• Ability to plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, and social.
• Experience in budget management for paid campaigns.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SEO is a plus but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively report to the Senior Digital Specialist and internal teams.
• Experience with PM software and time management skills.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are a plus.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
