Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PPC Coordinator/Strategist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google and Bing Ads. You must hold valid Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications and have a proven track record managing multiple accounts (up to 50) with monthly spend budgets ranging from $2K to $10K per account. In this role, you will be responsible for both the initial setup and ongoing optimization of our PPC campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
Reporting directly to the President/CEO, you will work strategically alongside our Director of Digital Advertising, allowing our PPC Director to focus on higher-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Account Setup (One-Time Tasks):
Account Creation & Setup:
Create new PPC accounts and conduct keyword research.
Set up conversion tracking by creating and implementing conversion codes.
Develop remarketing audiences and write compelling ads (including utilizing AI where appropriate).
Integration & Configuration:
Integrate both conversion codes and remarketing audiences into Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Select and link appropriate landing pages.
Connect ads accounts to Google Search Console for enhanced data insights.
Set up and configure Optmyzr, including generating and adding Optmyzr scripts.
Implement campaign trackers on websites.
Add necessary fields to website forms for data capture.
Connect ads accounts to CallRail for accurate call data tracking.
Link to Google My Business for location-based assets.
Implement negative keyword lists and adjust simple settings such as location targeting and ad scheduling.
Regular Check-Ins & Ongoing Management
Performance Monitoring:
Track monthly budget spend percentages, ensuring optimal allocation by adjusting bids and budgets.
Monitor campaigns for issues such as being limited by budget or search volume.
Identify any account errors, high CPAs, or declining conversion trends.
Monthly Optimizations:
Audit Google Ads recommendations and search terms reports.
Run Optmyzr workouts to identify opportunities.
Seek new opportunities for campaign improvement, including A/B split testing.
Replace low-performing campaign elements (with the option to incorporate AI-generated recommendations when appropriate).
Strategic & Additional Responsibilities
Audience Segmentation:
Implement and refine audience segmentation strategies to target the most valuable prospects.
Reporting:
Prepare performance reports using Looker Studio and communicate insights to internal teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Certifications:
Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing Google and Bing Ads.
Must be Google Ads and Bing Ads certified.
Proven experience managing up to 50 PPC accounts concurrently, with monthly spend budgets between $2K and $10K.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with tools including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Optmyzr, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
Analytical Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
Communication:
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in audience segmentation strategies.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Familiarity with integrating third-party tools (e.g., CallRail, Google My Business) to enhance campaign performance.
