Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Manager to join our team and lead paid media efforts across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other industry-relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns that deliver a high return on investment (ROI), with a particular focus on driving qualified leads for B2B manufacturing clients. This role is integral to our clients’ success and requires a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a passion for results.
Scope of Work:
-Campaign Strategy & Planning: Developing a strategic approach tailored to the manufacturing industry, identifying target audience segments, researching relevant keywords, and identifying appropriate ad channels.
-Channel Selection: Identifying the channels best suited for the campaign, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, or industry-specific platforms. B2B manufacturers often benefit from platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads for targeting decision-makers and engineers.
-Creative Development: Production of ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and videos, often specific to products or services offered in manufacturing. We do have Cindy in-house so maybe she can take this on.
-Campaign Setup: Configuring campaigns, setting budgets, audience targeting, geo-targeting, and tracking parameters.
-Campaign Management: Ongoing management, including bid adjustments, audience refinement, keyword optimization, and budget pacing.
-Performance Tracking & Reporting: Setting up analytics to track conversions, monitoring KPIs, and providing regular performance reports.
