JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
KultreMedia is looking for a Paid Ads Tracking & CRM Automation Specialist to ensure seamless tracking, attribution, and automation across our advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining conversion tracking for Meta and other paid ad platforms, integrating tracking pixels, optimizing event tracking, and managing GoHighLevel (GHL) automations to improve lead flow and attribution accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
-Conversion Tracking & Attribution:
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
- Implement server-side tracking for accurate data attribution.
- Ensure event tracking fires correctly across all paid ad campaigns.

- GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Management:
- Build and optimize automations within GHL for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Set up integrations between GHL and ad platforms for better tracking and reporting.
- Optimize workflows to improve lead-to-sale conversion rates.

- Reporting & Optimization:
- Monitor tracking issues and provide solutions to improve attribution.
- Work closely with media buyers to optimize campaigns based on tracking insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

- Requirements:
- Proven experience in conversion tracking for Meta Ads & other platforms.
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of server-side tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Zapier), and other tracking tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and work with developers if needed.
- Experience optimizing lead nurturing sequences within GHL.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with webhooks, API integrations, and UTM tracking.
- Background in paid media buying or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
