Paid Ads Specialist (Meta & Pinterest Advertising)

Job Summary: We're seeking a results-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimise Meta and Pinterest advertising campaigns for our diverse e-commerce and lead generation clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to campaign management, optimisation & copywriting to significantly impact client success through media buying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns on Meta and Pinterest, focusing on engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
- Analyse performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximise ROI.
- Manage ad accounts, pixels, and catalogues on Meta Business Manager.
- Strategise and optimize audience targeting to meet campaign goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Deliver comprehensive campaign performance reports, offering actionable insights to both clients and internal teams.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Meta and Pinterest ad campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Business Manager setup and optimisation.
- Strong analytical & reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating strategies, insights and ad-copy.
- Ability to manage multiple ad accounts across Meta & Pinterest business manager.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong campaign, adset & ad expertise.

Desirable:
- 2+ years of experience in media buying across Meta & Pinterest advertising platforms.
- English proficiency.
