Seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist with expertise in Google Ads,
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and
Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Targeting & Audience Development
Identify and target key demographics, including C-level executives, IT managers, and decision-makers in industries such as real estate, accounting, and professional services.
Develop custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies to maximize engagement.
Performance Analysis
Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS to ensure alignment with lead generation goals.
Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to the marketing team.
Ad Copy & Creative Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to the target audience.
Align all ads with client’s branding and messaging.
Budget Management
Manage advertising budgets to achieve lead generation targets within cost constraints.
Recommend budget adjustments based on performance trends and market analysis.
Proof of Results
Provide proof of experience and examples of campaigns that successfully generated valid leads.
Demonstrate the ability to produce high-quality, actionable leads through data-backed case studies or campaign results.
Creative Support
Indicate if you have video editing or graphic design skills to support ad creative development.
Competitor Research
Analyze competitor campaigns to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and paid advertising best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience
Proven experience managing Google Ads and
Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads and achieving measurable results, with proof of campaign outcomes.
Skills
Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
Proficiency in keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms.
Creative Skills
State if you have video editing experience or graphic design experience to enhance campaign visuals.
Knowledge
Familiarity with B2B marketing and IT services industries is a plus.
Understanding of cybersecurity and compliance-related targeting strategies is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
