Hi there,
I'm looking for someone who lives and breathes paid digital marketing. If you're the type of person who loves to plan out digital marketing campaigns, analyse ad spend and double down on a strategy based on PPC or ROAs I want to speak with you!
This role is highly flexible. Ideally we'd love to hire someone on a full time basis but we also understand that if you're truely good you probably will want to work with multiple clients and we are more than happy to accommodate for that too.
The role will be paid on a month by month basis in Australian dollars.
Now that the important stuff is out of the way, here is what we need and what the role entails:
The role:
You will be working for a portfolio of Australian Businesses. These business consist of an events fun run business, an eccomerce D2C consumer arts/interior design brand and finally a modular housing company. All of these companies are based in Australia and require you to work Australian AEST hours. You will help manage their social content calendars, use the content to create high converting ads and finally provide insights from these paid ads as to what the company should focus on for future marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize up to 3 e-commerce social media accounts, focusing mainly on Google & meta (i.e.
- Develop and execute organic content strategies that align with client objectives and
brand identity.
- Help create engaging social media posts, including graphics, videos, and other content
formats using canva and other design tools.
- Plan, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement,
and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve
KPIs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure social media content and
campaigns meet objectives and deadlines.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve
campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
Requirements:
- Proven experience running Meta and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms
and their advertising capabilities.
- Some proficiency in graphic design using canva or similar tools.
- Some experience in video and photo editing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable
recommendations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
