PROJECT MANAGER (TECH/SASS - SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS)

Insightt Inc is a Tech/SASS Company for the Repossession Industry. We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline, playing a critical role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
* Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
* Ensure resource availability and allocation.
* Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
* Report and escalate to management as needed.
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What you bring to the table:
* English communicative level of C1, C2 or Native. Expats are encouraged to apply!
* Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology-driven or software development environment.
* Excellent leadership, client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira or Asana.

Plus/Nice to haves:
* Knowledge of GitHub repositories.
* Experience in a B2B or SaaS company.
