JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager to manage our clients' Facebook and Google ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an expert in optimizing campaigns, improving lead costs, and driving high-quality traffic. In addition to managing ads, the PPC Manager will assist with reporting and performance analysis to ensure continuous improvement.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Facebook and Google Ads accounts for multiple clients.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive reports and provide insights on campaign performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC advertising.
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad relevance.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize conversions.
- Work closely with the team to align paid ad strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any campaign performance issues.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly and weekly reporting to track campaign progress.
- Collaborate on landing page optimization for better ad performance.
- Follow and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for campaign management.
- Occasionally assist with basic design tasks in Canva for ad creatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Facebook Ads & Google Ads).
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
