PDF Form Developer

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented PDF Form Developer/Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and modifying fillable PDF forms and integrating them with our web application. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise in PDF form development and web application integration.

Working Hours:

At least 2 hours within the 8AM-5PM MST Timezone. Additional hours can be outside of these core hours.

Responsibilities:

- Create and modify fillable PDF forms using Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF editing software
- Add, remove, and adjust form fields within existing PDF documents
- Implement form field validation rules and calculations
- Map PDF form fields to web application variables and data structures
- Test form functionality across different PDF viewers and platforms
- Document field mappings and integration specifications
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper data flow between forms and web application
- Maintain version control of PDF templates and related documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve PDF form issues
- Optimize forms for improved user experience and accessibility

Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience working with PDF form creation and modification
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro or similar PDF editing software
- Understanding of PDF form field types and properties
- Experience with form field naming conventions and best practices
- Knowledge of web applications and data integration concepts
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent documentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset
