Virtual Assistant – P&C Insurance Customer Service

Stockton Hill Insurance is a growing agency providing top-notch property and casualty insurance services across 16 states. We are dedicated to providing Excellence in protection and customer service.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide personal &/or commercial insurance customer service. The ideal candidate will support our team by handling administrative tasks and assisting clients with their inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to basic customer inquiries via email or phone.
• Process certificates of insurance and other standard documentation requests.
• Maintain and update client records in EZLynx (agency management system).
• Assist with renewal processing and follow-ups.
• Provide support for claims reporting and status tracking.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in insurance customer service or administrative roles required.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Insurance AMS/CRM systems (experience with EZLynx is preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
