???? About Us:
We’re a U.S.-based real estate wholesaling company looking for a driven and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our Dispositions team by helping grow and manage our cash buyer network.

Your main job will be to call cash buyers, collect their purchase criteria (Buy Box), and add 3–5 new buyers daily into our CRM. Once we have a deal under contract, you'll also help market the property to our buyer list via text and coordinate walkthroughs.

???? Responsibilities:
• Cold call and follow up with cash buyers from our lists
• Qualify buyers and gather their purchase criteria (Buy Box)
• Accurately input buyer data into our CRM
• Send out property deal alerts via SMS when deals are available
• Schedule property walkthroughs with interested buyers
• Communicate regularly with the Dispositions Manager

? Requirements:
• Fluent in English – confident and professional phone communication
• Experience in cold calling or customer service (real estate preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Podio, or similar is a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with follow-ups
• Able to work independently and stay consistent with daily goals
• Available to work part-time with some U.S. business hours overlap
