About the Role:
As an BDR, you will make cold & warm calls to a list of prospects that will be provided to you.
During those calls you will need to create intrigue, qualify the prospect, book the qualified ones to a call.
You will have to submit a daily & weekly action tracker report.
To show up to group training, to develop your skills.

Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calling.
Qualify leads based on established criteria, identifying their needs and pain points.
Schedule qualified meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to learn quickly
A results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.

Preferred:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
