Greenway Growth 360 is a US-based insurance agency connecting top talent with industry leaders. We’re seeking a proactive contractor in the Philippines to manage overnight recruitment operations and ensure seamless client/candidate experiences.

Role Overview
As an Overnight Recruitment Coordination Contractor, you’ll manage interview scheduling, Zoom logistics, and candidate/client communication during US business hours. Your attention to detail, English fluency, and tech skills will ensure smooth after-hours recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination
Schedule candidate/client interviews across US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
Send confirmation emails with Zoom links and clear instructions.
Dispatch reminders (email/SMS) 24 hours before interviews.
Zoom Management
Create named breakout rooms (e.g., “Client X – Marketing Manager Interview”).
Escort candidates/clients to their Zoom rooms promptly.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues (audio/video problems, link errors).
Document Review
Cross-check offer letters for accuracy (salary, job titles, start dates).
Flag discrepancies between candidate requests and offer terms.
Communication Support
Respond to candidate/client inquiries via email or chat.
Notify recruiters of urgent issues (e.g., no-shows, rescheduling).
Reporting
Submit daily End-of-Day (EOD) reports (Google Sheets/Excel) with:
Campaign progress (roles filled, pending interviews).
Technical/logistical challenges.
Follow-up tasks for daytime recruiters.

Contractor Requirements
- PH-Based Contractor – Must reside in the Philippines and comply with local tax/contractor regulations.
- Language – Fluent in English (written/spoken).
- Experience – 1–2 years in recruitment coordination, HR support, or virtual admin roles.

Tech Skills:
- Advanced Zoom proficiency (breakout rooms, scheduling).
- Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.

Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working solo overnight.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting US/international clients.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever.
Background in insurance, sales, or HR industries.
