About the Role

We’re looking for a highly personable and strategic Outbound Specialist to help us generate qualified conversations with Roofing CEOs through direct outreach on social media (primarily Instagram, Facebook, and/or LinkedIn). This is not a spam game — we’re all about quality over quantity. You should know how to start real conversations, build trust, and guide potential leads toward booking a call.

If you’re naturally curious, a great communicator, and you understand the roofing world (or can learn it quickly), this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities
• Send personalized, value-driven cold DMs from our social accounts to Roofing Company Owners/CEOs
• Research and identify ideal target profiles within the roofing industry
• Maintain meaningful, back-and-forth conversations (not copy-paste spam)
• Qualify leads through conversation and book calls or pass them to the sales team
• Track and report DM performance and responses
• Collaborate on messaging tweaks, targeting strategy, and campaign updates

Requirements
• Proven experience in outbound prospecting or cold DM outreach
• Excellent written English and natural conversational tone
• Ability to connect with high-level decision-makers (Roofing CEOs)
• Organized and consistent in daily outreach routines
• Not afraid to take initiative and think like a human, not a robot

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with the roofing industry or any space that needs a D2D Sales Team
• Experience using CRM tools or outreach trackers
• Comfortable adjusting messaging based on engagement
