Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to drive our lead generation efforts. As an SDR at Awako.ai, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to build relationships and set the stage for successful sales conversions.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and outreach to identify potential clients in logistics and transportation.
Qualify inbound leads by assessing their needs and matching them with the right solutions.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed lead-generation targets.

Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in an SDR, telemarketing, or similar sales role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confidence in cold calling and prospecting potential clients.
Experience with CRM and outreach platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly.ai).
SaaS or logistics/fleet management industry experience is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven with excellent time management skills.
Coachable and eager to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
