Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual with substantial experience in selling and effectively presenting IT-managed services to potential clients.

This role requires a professional who can engage with clients and communicate the benefits and value of our IT Managed Service offerings clearly.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to confirm important client details and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and sensitivity to their concerns.
- Efficiently manage various administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling, and documentation to maintain smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to foster a positive work environment and achieve common goals.
- Help ensure outstanding service delivery for clients by actively listening to their needs and providing effective solutions.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Sales Representative with a positive attitude.
- Communication Skills: Strong command of spoken and written English (C2-level).
- Versatile Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Precision is crucial in this role.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday.
- Home Office Setup: Maintain a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection and computer system.
