Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to reach out to local business owners across the United States, primarily those with large parking lots that require asphalt maintenance services. This role involves making a high volume of calls (100 per day) to identify leads, introduce our services, and set up appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 100+ phone calls per day to local business owners in various industries, including retail, restaurants, and office complexes.
Qualify potential clients based on their need for asphalt maintenance services.
Present Brotec Blacktop’s services, highlighting our expertise in asphalt repair, seal coating, and parking lot maintenance.
Set appointments for the sales team to provide further details and quotes.
Keep accurate records of calls, responses, and appointments in our CRM system.
Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and appointments set.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable with CRM software and managing leads.
Fluent in English with a neutral accent.
Experience in the construction or asphalt industry is a bonus but not required.
