Outbound Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

1) Cold Outreach & Lead Generation – Contact potential clients via cold calls, emails, and lead generation tools (Upgrade to see actual info, LeadsGorilla, Google) to drive new business.

2) Prospecting & Data Management – Research, qualify, and track leads while maintaining accurate CRM records.

3) Sales Pitch & Client Engagement – Deliver compelling sales pitches, handle objections, and build strong client relationships.

4) Lead Nurturing & Follow-ups – Implement follow-up strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel.

5) Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversions.

6) Performance Tracking – Monitor outreach results, track conversions, and generate reports for optimization.

7) Achieve Target Sales Revenue and Closing Rate – Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively converting leads into clients.
