Description: We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development representative (SDR) to assist our marketing agency in expanding our customer base. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The ideal candidate will have experience identifying common marketing challenges, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
Mission of the Position: Drive growth and profitability by creating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Proactively seek new business prospects in the market.
- Engage potential customers through direct outreach.
- Understand and address perspective client needs.
- Present tailored product solutions.
- Progress leads through the sales funnel.
- Arrange meetings between customers and sales executives.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Collaborate with tea
- Regularly report on sales activities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales, with a proven record of meeting targets for a marketing agency.
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Sales and marketing education is a plus.
