Outbound Sales Professional

got bugs? Termite & Pest Solutions, one of the leading pest control companies in Atlanta, Georgia, is looking for a proactive virtual sales representative with excellent multitasking and communication skills to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for prospective pest control customers, you’ll play an integral role in shaping their experience with our company, making you a highly valued member of our staff. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling leads from a provided list, introducing potential customers to our services and inputting key information into our CRM. You’ll also help maintain a professional and engaging customer experience by following up with leads, addressing questions and identifying opportunities to promote our services. To be successful in this role, you must be highly adaptable, able to prioritize tasks effectively and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy at all times.

Responsibilities at a glance:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, using provided lead lists
- Educate potential customers about got bugs? pest control services and solutions
- Input and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage conversions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and building rapport
- Adapt to a fast-paced workflow and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Support outreach efforts to enhance customer acquisition and retention

Requirements:
- Available to work Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. EST
- Previous sales experience
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Familiarity with pest control CRM tools is a huge plus
- Be highly organized with strict attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal
supervision
