We are a results-driven business committed to growing our revenue and expanding our client base through strategic sales initiatives. We are seeking a talented Outbound Sales Associate to generate leads, build client relationships, and deliver measurable revenue growth for our company.
This is a commission + base role, where there is unlimited potential to seek additional performance bonuses based on revenue delivered. The base pay starts at $3/hr and the bonus pay can be anywhere from $800-$3000 a month depending on the performance and revenue generated.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and outreach to potential clients to generate leads.
Research and identify prospective clients through various tools and platforms.
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Meet or exceed monthly revenue and lead generation targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach strategies.
Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively to prospects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management platforms.
Familiarity with digital media agencies or marketing services is a plus.
Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally.
