Outbound Phone Telemarketer – Appointment Setter & Live Transfer Specialist for USA Travel Destination

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Outbound Phone Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on setting up appointments and performing live transfers to our Senior Vacation Planners. There is no selling required in this position. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads who have opted in for vacation coupons and discounts, initiate a friendly and informative conversation, and seamlessly transfer them to our experienced planners.

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate Contact: Call provided leads who have shown interest in vacation discounts and offers.
Engage Leads: Make a warm and welcoming introduction, establishing a quick rapport with potential clients.
Assess Interest: Conduct a brief discussion to gauge the lead's interest in our vacation planning services.
Live Transfers: Efficiently transfer interested leads to Senior Vacation Planners for detailed assistance and booking.
Maintain Records: Accurately record call details and outcomes in our CRM system.

Requirements:
Perfect English: Exceptional spoken and written English skills are a must.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals.
