He was recognised for his talent to blend selected natural ingredients into incredibly effective medicines. Doctors would often send their patients to him when desperate, as they knew they could trust him to find an effective remedy.

Job Title: Outbound Customer Sales Cold Caller:

Job Overview: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller to connect with our potential business customers, owners and decision-makers and introduce them to our Natural Skin Health care solutions. The ideal candidate will be experienced and skilled at building rapport, handling objections, and driving interest in our brand and products. Your role will be essential as the first point of contact and laying the groundwork for strong relationships which results in expanding our customer base which include independent Supermarkets around Australia and directing qualified parties to our customer care team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to independent Supermarket, introducing the decision maker to our Natural Skin Heath products. - Follow call scripts and processes to ensure consistency, compliance and get results.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations, offering solutions that our products provide.
- Overcome objections and effectively communicate the benefits of Natralus.
- Sending email to customer following up positive phone call and enter into CRM.
- Share qualified leads to our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and appointment details in our CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

What we are looking for:
- A highly driven and skilled professional, (Hunter type) adept at selling and effectively presenting our companies offerings to potential clients.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of outbound sales cold-calling experience, preferably in the Australian market.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English (C2-level).
- Versatile Team Player: Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Precision to accurately record and follow through is essential.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
- Home Office Setup: Maintain a quiet workspace with reliable internet at least 25MBPS and a computer system with 8GB RAM (16GB is desirable).
