This role is ideal for candidates who excel in outbound sales development, with expertise in email and LinkedIn campaigns, data scraping, AI-driven personalization, and lead management. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at optimizing campaign performance to drive engagement and conversions. It offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing relationships with accounting firm owners and fractional CFOs.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Outbound Campaign Specialist at FirmOS, you will be responsible for managing outbound campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging Smartlead, Heyreach, and AI tools to enhance lead generation and sales engagement. Your responsibilities include:
Cold Email & LinkedIn Campaigns: Set up and manage email campaigns (Smartlead) and LinkedIn outreach campaigns (Heyreach).
Lead Data Management: Conduct data scraping, lead list curation, and email account management to optimize outreach.
AI-Driven Personalization: Use AI tools and enrichment strategies to enhance lead engagement and increase conversion rates.
Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee marketing copy, case study collection, data analysis, market research, and split testing to improve effectiveness.
Inbox Management: Ensure timely responses and proper template usage for lead interactions.
Omni-Channel Strategy Development: Coordinate outreach strategies across LinkedIn, cold email, newsletters, and other tools.
Pre-Call Lead Engagement: Contact leads before scheduled meetings to improve show rates and engagement.
Occasional Customer Support: Assist in client interactions as needed to support retention and engagement.

You're Probably a Match If You Have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Smartlead & Heyreach for outbound sales campaigns.
Proficiency in data scraping, AI-driven personalization, and lead list management.
Skills in marketing copy, market research, and data-driven campaign optimization.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
Experience in omni-channel campaign strategies.
Customer support experience is a plus.
