Blakely Brown is currently looking for an energetic CALLER to join our team. As a Caller, you will play a crucial role in communicating with entry level to high level talent and will be gathering data from them.

If you're transitioning to Virtual Assistant, this role is for you! In addition to handling calls, you'll gain experience with various CRM tools and administrative tasks, helping you succeed as a virtual assistant.
Position: Outbound Caller (Warm Leads)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 PM - 4:00 AM MNL)

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers who have shown prior interest or engagement (warm leads).
- Initiate conversations with a friendly and persuasive tone to establish rapport quickly.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our computer systems.
- Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
- Review and correct data entry errors identified by system reports.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of outreach activities and outcomes for reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts, making adjustments as necessary to improve results.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year as Customer Service Representative / BPO industry OR any relevant experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knows how to follow instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
