Outbound Call Representative with Sales Experience Cebu Based

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Outbound Call Representative with Sales Experience preferably from Cebu, Philippines, to join our team at Summer VA. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our services, and nurturing relationships to move them through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:
- Doing outbound calls using provided scripts and leads.
- Introducing our services to potential customers and highlighting their benefits.
- Recording detailed information about each call and lead in a spreadsheet or CRM provided
- Following up with leads to build relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Occasionally follow your own scripts and adapt naturally to conversations.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient outbound tasks.
- Perform other related tasks to fully support the team as required.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibits remarkable composure and possesses exceptional patience when dealing leads
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using spreadsheet and CRM software and other sales tools.
- Possesses excellent English proficiency with clear and articulate communication, maintaining a neutral accent without noticeable influence from applicant’s first language
