We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can act as our EOS Integrator and help streamline operations and implement best practices.

What We’re Looking For:


Orthodontic or Dental Experience: Knowledge of Orthotrac or similar orthodontic software is a huge bonus, as is familiarity with patient care processes.
SEO & Social Media Marketing Skills: Expertise in optimizing content, managing GBP, and engaging audiences through social platforms. Your efforts will boost our online visibility and reputation.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various VA tools, CRM systems, and project management software.
EOS Traction Experience: You’ll take the lead in implementing and optimizing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), ensuring smooth operations across departments. Your role will focus on strategic planning, accountability, and driving results.

Proven experience with EOS Traction implementation.
Background in dentistry or orthodontics.
Strong understanding of SEO and social media marketing strategies.
Experience with Orthotrac or a similar platform is a plus.
Self-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
